![]() I've only known one guy who made movement keys work. It's also somewhat unintuitive to use your mouse to start an attack or block, move it to aim your attack or turn to block, but then have to control the type of attack it is with the movement keys. That's a bit of a problem if you have to block to your left, but have to step to the right to get out of a bad situation in a big melee. With movement keys, you basically have to step in the direction you want to block. The options change how you get the direction of your attack or block. For the first question, mouse movement (or inverse for attacking) is the way to go.
